1. WHO HOLDS YOUR INFORMATION

This notice covers this website and everything offered on it: our self-paced courses, our live workshops, and any community we operate.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
If you only visit the website: the ordinary technical information your browser sends, and anything you choose to type into a form.
If you create an account or enrol: your name and email address, and, where the product is for registered practitioners, your medical council of registration, your registration number and your primary medical qualification.
Your payment details are taken by our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.
While you are enrolled: your progress, your attendance, your answers to any acknowledgement or survey we ask you to complete, any certificate issued to you, and anything you write to us.
If you take part in a live session: if you speak or ask a question, the recording of that session will contain your voice.
If you join a community: what you post there, and the contact details the messaging service needs in order to add you.
3. WHY WE COLLECT IT
To provide what you have enrolled on. To confirm that you are eligible for it, where eligibility is a condition. To issue your certificate and to answer any later query about it. To keep the records we are required to keep, and to deal with any complaint. To tell you about changes to something you have enrolled on.
We do not sell your information, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.
4. WHO ELSE HANDLES IT
Our course platform, our payment processor, our video conferencing provider and our email provider, each only so far as they need to in order to provide their service to us. Our cloud storage provider, where participant lists and recordings are kept.
If you accept an invitation to a participants' group, the messaging service that hosts it will hold your telephone number, and your number and name will be visible to the other members of that group. Joining is your choice and you may leave at any time.
5. WHERE IT IS HELD
On services located outside India, including in Canada and the United States.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Your account and enrolment details, and any certificate record, for so long as we may need to answer a query about your certificate, and in any event for not less than three years.
Session recordings are available to you for the period stated in the terms for that product, after which your access ends. We may keep the teaching parts of a recording for our own future use. Where you speak or ask a question, that part is removed before any such use, so nothing in which you appear is kept or reused.
7. WHAT YOU CAN ASK US TO DO
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to erase what we no longer need. Write to the address above. We will acknowledge within three working days and answer within fourteen.
8. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED
Write to us first, at the same address. If we have not resolved it, you may take the matter further under the law that applies to you.
9. COOKIES
This website uses only the cookies it needs in order to work, including keeping you signed in. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you for advertising.
10. CHANGES
We may change this notice. The version in force when you enrolled is the version that applies to that enrolment.
