Post Menopausal Woman
My vision to transform how we care for women through midlife and beyond is by equipping them, and the professionals who support them, with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based knowledge that empowers real change.
I’m Sukhpreet Patel, a women’s health advocate, educator, and clinician, trained across three countries. I earned my MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology in India, a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) in the UK, and certification as a HCA Registered Health & Nutrition Counselor, in Canada. My career blends clinical expertise with a deep commitment to prevention, holistic well-being, and empowering women to make informed choices about their health.
As the founder of MenopauseWize, and through my own lived experience of menopause, I’ve seen how much women and even healthcare professionals struggle with outdated information and uncertainty. That’s why I design courses that make the science clear, the guidance practical, and the care personal—one learner at a time.
Here you’ll find evidence-based, accessible courses for healthcare professionals and women, designed to help you take the next step with confidence. I move fluidly between educating providers and supporting women themselves, through tailored courses for each
Because meaningful change doesn’t happen all at once.
It starts with one step, one day, one person at a time.
